Great location, can’t beat the...
Liked: The location is convenient to both interstates 81 and 83, without being too close. Check in and out was fast. The staff was helpful. There’s a Mexican restaurant across the parking lot that offers a large selection of authentic Mexican foods.
Disliked: Getting the luggage cart in and out through the door is tough for one person alone, but it’s great that they have the carts. Only one elevator was working and it appears the second one is frequently out of order. This can cause delays although there are stairs available.

I would not stay here...
Liked: The exterior and lobby of property itself was good. Check in had a well kept area and the restaurant.
Disliked: Rooms are nice but not clean, we had to switch right off the bat, food left in the refrigerator, food on the floors, hair on the sheets, bathroom not serviced, and dirty pullout mattress, our son had to sleep with us.

Liked: Nice hotel, very friendly stuff good location
Disliked: The limited buffet breakfast was not worth the cost. They did not have a working card key maker so we had to use a “security” card and return it. That was a bit inconvenient.

Liked: When we got to our rooms we noticed the tv wasn’t working and when we turned it on it told us to call the front desk so we did we were told to unplug it and plug it back in that didn’t fix the problem so we called back down to the desk and the front desk representative rudely told us to hang on and they would figure it out and then hung up. We finally googled how to fix the tv because no one called back or came up to the room we did figure out on our own with the help of google how to fix it but no one ever checked in to see if we got it working. Also the elevators were down a lot of our stay and I would recommend lowering your deposit I find that $150 is a bit excessive and we’re told at check in that they just had a meeting about it being so high and that they were debating on lowering it but that probably wasn’t going to happen
Disliked: I don’t think the way our problem with the tv was handled in a professional manor and no one even checked in to see if our problem was fixed.
