Don't bother waiting for breakfast

Liked: The beds were comfy, the room was clean, staff was friendly. Plenty of parking, very easy to check in and out.
Disliked: While we were checking in, there was a guy in the lobby waiting for maintenance because his room door had slammed shut and the lock broke. The staff was helping him and told him "it happens" and that, luckily, their maintenance man had come to the hotel for dinner, so he was available to fix it. The shower handle fell off when I tried to bathe, but we were too tired to change rooms and managed to get it back on enough to use it. It barely got hot, and didn't work completely. The booking said breakfast was $10 and started at 6am. We were told 6:30 and it would be $15. 6:30 rolled around and there wasn't even toast being made for this breakfast buffet (which btw, is the lowest rated breakfast in the area)I informed the front desk while I was checking out about the broken shower and with a defeated sigh she told me "yeah, it happens."I am NOT complaining about the staff. I AM complaining about the management of this hotel. Clearly, there is massive cost cutting going on and it's gotten to the point that the hotel is falling apart and the staff is run to the point that they can't care anymore.

Disliked: They waited to tell me that there was an extra 150 fee that they tell you will get back in 24 hours but it's been 4 days and the 150 is still not back in my account. The bathroom door didn't lock or close it was a sliding door.
