I loved the stay

Disliked: Everything was great.

Will definitely stay here again!...

Liked: The location was very convenient to the airport, was really nice to have shuttle service. The staff was amazingly friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant has wonderful food.

Liked: Location was good, staff was pleasant although the bartender seemed more interested in her conversation with another staff member than serving the small group of guests.
Disliked: HVAC was extremely noisy and ran continuously, despite lowering the thermostat several times by the next morning my room felt like a sauna.

Liked: The staff at this hotel was so lovely and helpful! I was traveling through Harrisburg on the last leg of my cross-country move to New York, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with so much kindness. The next morning, a truck hit an electrical pole nearby that knocked the power out to multiple buildings, including the hotel, and they quickly ensured each guest was taken care of. One of the staff escorted me to my room to make sure my keys worked and even helped me carry my heavy suitcase down, since the elevator was not working. This was totally out of their control, yet they quickly rectified it as best as possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
