Disliked: The front room did not feel clean there was not enough towels and washcloths you have to keep going downstairs for more towels and washcloths our first room the air conditioner didn't work so we had to get another room the staff was very nice and accommodating but overall it's just not a really clean feeling in the hotel

Disliked: Breakfast - very poor and limited. Poor breakfast service.

Disliked: Issues with keys when we checked in. They made the most of it but it made the lobby chaotic with people complaining, etc.

Liked: The location is convenient to both interstates 81 and 83, without being too close. Check in and out was fast. The staff was helpful. There’s a Mexican restaurant across the parking lot that offers a large selection of authentic Mexican foods.
Disliked: Getting the luggage cart in and out through the door is tough for one person alone, but it’s great that they have the carts. Only one elevator was working and it appears the second one is frequently out of order. This can cause delays although there are stairs available.
