Liked: I absolutely loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The vibe was positive and uplifting, making the whole experience feel special. What truly touched my heart was seeing that the hotel employs individuals with disabilities, including kids. It was beautiful to witness such an inclusive environment, and it made my stay even more meaningful. You can tell this place is run with compassion and purpose.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk left a negative impression. A staff member named Ray was very rude from the moment I walked in—she didn’t greet me or offer any kind of warm welcome. When I inquired about extending my stay, she abruptly told me there were no rooms available without even checking or trying to assist. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, and it completely changed how I felt about the property. Because of that interaction, I won’t be returning, which is disappointing because the rest of the experience was lovely.

Liked: Location close to shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment. Clean rooms
Disliked: Limited tv channels or functions.

Excellent location and staff were...

Liked: We were told there was only one cook and that it would take a little longer for breakfast. We opted to get the yogurt parfait instead. It would be nice if there was a coffee bar set up for guests in the morning and at least some snacks or fruit.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: Room was very clean and tidy, check in process was easy, and the staff was very friendly. Location was great and safe atmosphere. I had no problems with parking. Plenty of spaces available.
