Liked: The receptionist at the front desk is quite nice. They introduced things clearly and were very enthusiastic.Although the parking procedure is a bit complicated, overall it's still acceptable. It just makes us feel a little unaccustomed. We need to hand over our car keys to their staff, which makes us a bit uneasy.
Disliked: One night in the middle of the night, we heard a man pounding violently on the door of a certain room. The noise was extremely loud and he was very rude. Later, we heard him talking to a woman, which made us feel very unsafe.The room cleaning and maintenance are really poor. The handle in the shower area is broken, yet no one has reported it and we can only make do with it. The shampoo dispenser in the shower doesn't pop back up after being pressed, and no one has taken care of it either. What's even worse, the housekeeping staff didn't place bath towels on the floor for two consecutive days. The surrounding environment is rather bad. When we drove here, we couldn't see the hotel entrance at all. Eventually, we ended up in front of a restaurant. Only after asking the restaurant staff did we know that the small red door was the hotel entrance. It's really hard to spot from the outside. The surrounding area is also rather dirty and messy. Maybe it's because it's in a Chinatown. Overall, the environment is a bit subpar. Of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Liked: Hotel Indigo Flushing LaGuardia is a wonderful hotel with all the fixings of home. My room was luxurious and spacious. With the comfortable bed and the sound-proof walls, I had a great night's sleep during my stay and felt well-rested to explore the city. The staff of Hotel Indigo Flushing are professional, warm and able to answer any questions guests have during their stay. During my time at Hotel Indigo Flushing LaGuardia, I made use of the fitness room and also had the chance to visit the cafe on the third floor of the building. The fitness room was well-equipped with fresh water and towels for fitness enthusiasts and the equipment is well-organized and well-maintained. The cafe boasts a variety of items for brunch and dinner and the service was also exceptional. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo Flushing for guests who want to feel well taken care of and have the best experience possible in Flushing, Queens. The hotel is located conveniently near the airport and is in the heart of Queen's Chinatown, so its location is perfect for exploring Chinatown.
Disliked: The coordination of the shuttle wasn't ideal. I tried to text the driver an hour in advance, but got no response and reception was unable to help me make a reservation. To be fair, it might have been my fault texting from an international number, but I expected better service and coordination of the shuttle both to and from the airport at this price point.
