Superb

Liked: Room 511 corner suite was large, and the main bed was very comfortable. The shower was fabulous. But there was some mould around the bottom corners of the shower tray, and the tile grout in places was yellowing with mould. This could be easily rectified with deep cleaning ..The toilet roll holder was loose. But overall, the room was excellent.
Disliked: The bed which was put up in the room for my 15 yr old daughter was of poor quality. The springs came loose, and some fell off which resulted in her having an uncomfortable sleep. The Bedding used was of excellent quality. A roll-out bed of better quality should be purchased..

Disliked: Service in the restaurant was inconsistent and on one evening unacceptably slow with no explanation. Breakfast buffet needs better labelling - discussed with management.
