Liked: Nice interior, large rooms
Disliked: We thought the mirrors were double sided and someone on the other side was using their phone to take photos of us in the bathroom. One of my family members heard a noise and then a light of a phone moving around in the mirror and also when I was in the shower I saw a flash of light like someone taking a photo.

Nice hotel, but unfortunately unprofessional...

Liked: We have stayed here before and the location of the property is great. It’s close to the cathedral and very central but also quiet. The furnishings are very nice and cosy.
Disliked: How rude the female receptionist was to my partner and I. We turned up earlier than check in time and from the get go, this individual staff member was incredibly rude to us. We left our bags with her, as early check in was not possible which was completely fine. We were then checked in by Danny, who was extremely nice. However, we soon found out our bags were lost and staff were asking guests to go into the closets and pick out their bags. This is incredibly unprofessional and worrying as bags could be stolen. Finally after much worrying and frustration, our bags were found. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a hotel.. especially that stands as a 4 star. This one staff member was so rude to us & so unprofessional, it will put me off staying with you again. I do not wish to be spoken to like that as a paying guest again.
