Very good

Liked: Nice hotel in near the water and restaurants. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Not a lot to do in the area except for walking the pathway around the harbor. It’s a relatively new place though and I expect the area to offer more in the future.

Disliked: $80 more than the larger hotels, no breakfast included

Liked: The views, the safe romantic area it’s located in, the comfortable rooms, super clean, great amenities, lots to do within walking distance!
Disliked: I don’t recall if breakfast was an add on for this booking but offering breakfast would be a great plus as well for this hotel. The only other thing is there really needs to be soundproofing strips added to the bottom of room doors- you can see light under them and the noise from the hallway is pretty audible. We shoved towels up against it to soundproof.

Liked: Great location on the Everett waterfront. Comfortable room and bed, robes were a nice touch. Well-appointed gym.
