Superb

Liked: The location & access is wheel chair friendly so it's easier for me to walk my big luggage. The room interior is very good too!
Disliked: The breakfast variation are the same everyday except some pastries is boring for long stay. I stay for 5 night.

Disliked: The staff elevator was just beside my room and in the first night it started operation already at 4 am… a bit difficult to sleep as that elevator is noisy.

Liked: The receiving staff was very friendly and helpful.The room was excellent and exceeded my expectations
Disliked: The late check-in (15h ) is not very good for people travelling. You are on a long haul flight, finally arrive at destination and cannot even freshen up. It should be possible to enter the room way earlier, since check-out is at 12h.

Comfortable hotel except for mattresses

Liked: Nice hotel in a good location. The air conditioning was good for +26 C, so it was cooling well. The hot water pressure in the shower was also good. All in all, a comfortable hotel.
Disliked: The mattress was very saggy and bumpy, so I couldn't sleep on it. We asked to fix that, but nothing was done. All the rest was good in the hotel, but having a good sleep is a deal-breaker for me :(
