Superb

Disliked: Reception assured me they will book a taxi for railway station at 0830 am we were with 2 suitcases.At the last moment taxi driver wasn’t picking up their phone .Didn’t show up till 0840 so we ran.9 am was train to Edinburgh and then flight.we have to almost run 0.7 miles with 2 suitcases .After catching the train I can say not a very bad experience but reception should have been more careful about these things.

Very good

Liked: Very good. It was a bit of a shock to pay £13.90 for overnight parking. Overall, it was a good clean hotel .
Disliked: Paying for parking and not receiving money back from depot yet .

A lovely hotel and staff.

Liked: The staff were lovely and upgraded our room as it was our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean and well above what we expected for the price etc. The breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: The HVAC or water system was a little noisy during the night but that was a minor issue to a lovely stay.
