Great trip

Liked: We had issue with our room first night but hotel got us rooms at another hotel close by for no charge and gave us early check-in the next day. Staff was great. Hotel was clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

They lied and tried to...

Liked: Decent room.
Disliked: Staff and management were awful. I booked a 2 bed queen over 3 months ago, but I arrive and you are out of 2 bed queens. Then the lady at the front desk says her manager told her that they contacted me to approve a switch to a 1 bed king on August 4th. I never received a call, text, or email about this, nor did I agree to it. In fact as recently as August 12th i received message confirming my "2 bed queen" room. Then it took over an hour to switch me to 2 king rooms. I specifically needed 2 beds. Why did they lie to me?

Liked: Very modern. View was outstanding
Disliked: Had no clue where to park or how to get to parking. Would be nice if instructions on where to go for parking were included after booking. Took a long time to figure out where to go since area was so congested

Great stay! Would definitely stay...

Liked: Excellent location! Got an early check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff!
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast and the restaurant on site wasn’t very good.

Amazing and what my family...

Liked: Beautiful building! The room we had was breathtaking. The bed hands down was the most comfortable bed I have slept in at a hotel. Everyone was amazing. Even when another guest was being uptight about something the hotel had no control over and it was the error of the customer!!! The staff were still amazing!
Disliked: The lighting situation. Some of the rooms lights would turn on and some wouldn’t. I do have to say when we came back from dinner they were working. I think it may have been a glitch.
