Great stay! Would definitely stay...

Liked: Excellent location! Got an early check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff!
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast and the restaurant on site wasn’t very good.

Amazing and what my family...

Liked: Beautiful building! The room we had was breathtaking. The bed hands down was the most comfortable bed I have slept in at a hotel. Everyone was amazing. Even when another guest was being uptight about something the hotel had no control over and it was the error of the customer!!! The staff were still amazing!
Disliked: The lighting situation. Some of the rooms lights would turn on and some wouldn’t. I do have to say when we came back from dinner they were working. I think it may have been a glitch.

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel lobby, and the restaurant were beautiful and Oscar the receptionist was amazing. The room was clean, the bathroom pretty and the products really nice. We loved the bench next to the bed. A nice touch.
Disliked: The bed caved in the middle and made it very uncomfortable to sleep. We were exhausted. Finding the entrance of the hotel late at night was a challenge. It wasn't clearly lit or indicated. The only visible sign was over the restaurant which was closed.Breakfast was dinner quality greasy and simply bad, I couldn't eat it and had to find food elsewhere. Complementary didn't mean anything after a charge of $25 per day. That is a joke. Why do we get to feel ripped off?
