Disappointing

Liked: The check in staff she was great for me and the hotel smelled clean when i got there
Disliked: The rooms and the thin walls i could hear the next room and EVERYTHING and that wasnt pleasant for me

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was wonderful and the new young lady that was training was great. Service with a great smile. You don't get that very often.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: I loved the decor, and East access to the restaurant
Disliked: House keeping only come after 3 days of your stay

Disliked: Not as many amenities , no room service

Liked: The get a bad review because they waited until the day of to tell me they didn’t have a room for me

Excellent hotel, great value, delicious...

Liked: The front desk clerk was very competent, kind and professional. We were checked in very promptly and given a bag with freshly baked cookies and bottled water. The space was very clean and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: I was happy with the overall experience. The only time we were not happy was when we ordered the veggie omelet for breakfast and it contained bacon which we do not eat. They were apologetic, professional and promptly fixed it.
