Worst stay ever!

Liked: The rooms were good
Disliked: They had no cold water in the first room I was assigned and when I called and told them the receptionist told me to run the hot water in the sink and to flush the toilet while I was taking a shower to cool the water off and I was like are you serious and she said yes. When my daughter got burnt in the shower was when I said that’s it you must change my room and they did. Then the next day my daughter and I were swimming in the indoor pool and there was a mouse running around the swimming area and when I reported it the same receptionist stated oh wow you’re not having great stay are you and I responded with NO.

Liked: I didn’t like the breakfast it’s for the rich kinda high end quiche and stuff kids don’t like it!! No cereal for them we had to pay for our coffee and it’s not continental so that sucked the pool was great the gym was a bummer laundry service was not free nor coin operated so yeah the room was great thee best just wish I had a tub

Uncomfortable and unaccommodating

Disliked: The bed was smaller than a full bed for my boyfriend and I! We booked 2 guests and requested king bed. When they could not accommodate a new room, we requested at least a rollaway. They said they were unable to provide any assistance.

We’ll be back!

Liked: Location and some onsite breakfast options with evening bar. We enjoyed a glass of wine before heading to a nearby restaurant for dinner.
Disliked: A few families were making considerable noise in the halls after 10pm. However, upon calling the front desk, the issue was resolved immediately. Thank you.

Liked: Breakfast was great, front desk and all staff including janitorial were great and helpful.
