Perfect, comfortable stay. Staying luxuriously.

Liked: What is their not to like about this property, stunning location, beautiful decor, the room was amazing and not to mention you will have the comfiest sleep in your life. We were treated in our room with complimentary desserts and a fridge full of drinks and snacks.
Disliked: No carp park but expected with being located in a city.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Liked: Beautifully presented property. Everywhere was clean and the reception are smelt divine. Great location.
Disliked: Not having its own car park but there is one nearby for a reasonable price.

Great hotel in Chester

Liked: Great location near the centre. Clean and well stocked rooms with quirky touches. Good shower. Complimentary soft drinks in the minibar were a bonus.
Disliked: The bed dipped a little in the middle, but not too much to stop me sleeping well.

Liked: Good location. Lovely breakfast and good choice of either cooked or continental breakfast.
Disliked: Room on this occasion was at the back of the hotel. Bedroom window was frosted making it impossible to see anything outside. Shower was scorching hot and impossible to stand under despite turning every tap on the shower unit. We reported this, which was rectified on the second night. I have stayed at this hotel on 4 occasions, but unfortunately, on this occasion the experience didn't match up to previous visits.
