Liked: From start to finish the staff were so polite and welcoming (Sophie) was a lovely lady.The hotel was modern and clean. Very comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious
Disliked: Only thing there was no window to open in the room and air-conditioning can get too warm cold or noisy

40th birthday overnight stay.

Liked: The staff we all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The mini fridge filled with soft drinks was an unexpected surprise, with a small bottle of milk for teas/coffees, rather than the small pots you would usually get - so much better!Loved the air con too, as the room was quite warm.We were on the 1st floor and it was very quiet, we couldn't hear any outside noise, and inside, there were no doors slamming, you literally couldn't hear anything!The location was also perfect, only a 10 minute walk or so into the town centre.We would most definitely come to stay here again!
Disliked: If I had to be really picky, our room didn't have any windows that could open, we usually like to let a bit of fresh air in. And the air con was a bit rattly, but again, this wasn't a problem for us as I sleep with earplugs in, and my sister would usually sleep with a fan on so is used to hearing something. But worth mentioning as it would have kept me awake if I'd not brought ear plugs with me.
