HOTEL INDIGO CHESTER

Very poor

A lovely 3 night stay,...

Liked: The location was perfect for a short walk into Chester. Near a lovely park. Tesco express round the corner. Building was nearly new and modern inside. The reception was really helpful and gave us the only disabled parking space. The room was great, the bathroom exceptional with the best shower i have ever used! Breakfast was lovely and Steve was particularly helpful. It was nice that the serving staff wore jeans and white shirts so much nicer and more modern than wearing black.I would highly recommend this hotel and the breakfast.
Disliked: Parking could be an issue if you cant walk far.Evening meals are expensive for the amount you get - disappointing! Chips are not chips they are big pieces of potato with no fat on them - so dry. Once was enough, didnt go back.

Liked: Lovely rooms. Great staff. Very quick and helpful. Good breakfast. Lovely selection of tea/coffee/snacks and drinks in fridge. Great location. Clean.
Disliked: If I was being super picky the parking is not ideal but not a huge issue.
