Disliked: I tried getting i touch with the property for over two weeks calls and emails and no response sadly i had a death in the family and could not make it and i let them know 2 weeks in advance but they fail to even respond to any of my calls or emails will for sure never recommended them or stay there

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, nice ambience throughout the building
Disliked: -one of the elevators hasn’t been working, evidently for an over a month.-the shower doors in our room were installed incorrectly - they wouldn’t stay closed. So had to wedge a washcloth up against one during showers-no room service

Liked: Only 1 elevator working. A looooog wait each time. Very inconvenient!!

Liked: Staff is always friendly and Ive stayed there a few times already and they know me and my dog and are just so friendly and service oriented

Liked: This stay was wonderful! I love that it's pet friendly, but doesn't feel like it's overrun with animals. It's so fun to see so many pets on leashes, but still experience the cleanliness we expect from our hotel stays. The location was super convenient!
