Disliked: The young lady at the front desk (on 4/29/25 around 10am young with glasses)……talk about RUDE AND NASTY! She is hands down why we will not EVER return to this property - too many other options. She seriously needs to be retrained. We were also double charged (still waiting for a return phone call). The air conditioning unit in the room was super loud and one of our lights didn’t work, but it was clean and the location is great.

Liked: It was very clean and modern looking. The double queen had a beautiful walk in shower and the shampoo conditioner and shower gel were high quality and conveniently mounted on shower wall!Happy hour was fun! Music too! Food was good. Location within walking distance to Riverwalk.

Disliked: We were unable to connect to WiFi to watch tv. They sent someone up and we were told by the employee that he would be back to fix the issue. He never came back.
