Exceptional

Had a good stay there....

Liked: Good location. Fairly easy to access. Staff were affable. Room was clean. Window blinds were excellent - kept room dark from bright AM sunlight.
Disliked: Due to family situation, it had been a number of years since I stayed in a hotel. I was surprised to discover only at check-out that their valet parking (the only parking available) was additional. Just for courtesy sake I would have liked to know in advance how much it was.

We enjoyed it very much...

Liked: Very nice accommodations. Clean and stylish. Staff was very helpful and valet was so easy! Location was convenient for our destination. We didn't get to experience the bar/restaurant but plan on visiting on our next trip. We will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: My only wish would have been for an indoor pool. I know this is stretch for this location but we have stayed in other hotels in downtown Chattanooga with an indoor pool and it was a definite bonus for the kids. I have no other critique! The rest of the amenities were wonderful.
