Excellent location. Had breakfast at Wetherspoons as a lot cheaper and close to hotel. Will return to the hotel as it's clean; excellent room and shower; staff very helpful and friendly; what a beautiful city is Cardiff is too.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Disappointed with food as fried onion rings were sodden with dripping fat.

Comfortable well decorated modern hotel

Liked: Great style/ loads of space / lovely shower room - good value for money and good location close to castle
Disliked: No Parking but that’s not hotels fault - NCP close but pay machine broke so couldn’t get discount that hotel offers and had to go online to pay/ and down load app/ NCP lift also broke and I’m not great with so many stairs- so made disabled parking space pointless -And expensive!
