Excellent location. Had breakfast at Wetherspoons as a lot cheaper and close to hotel. Will return to the hotel as it's clean; excellent room and shower; staff very helpful and friendly; what a beautiful city is Cardiff is too.

Disliked: Disappointed with food as fried onion rings were sodden with dripping fat.

Liked: Great location, I requested a quiet room and thankfully it was. All staff were lovely. Hotel smells amazing and felt very safe.
Disliked: Bed was cheap mattress, some springs could be felt and the bed was so soft it felt like a waterbed! Woke up with a slightly bad back. The room was clean…. but, I had to take an antihistamine as I suffer with dust allergies and the lampshades/ bulbs/frames etc were covered in dust. Also the rug looked like it hadn’t been hoovered in ages! Made it all feel grubby which was a shame as the decor and room design is great.
