Excellent location. Had breakfast at Wetherspoons as a lot cheaper and close to hotel. Will return to the hotel as it's clean; excellent room and shower; staff very helpful and friendly; what a beautiful city is Cardiff is too.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Disappointed with food as fried onion rings were sodden with dripping fat.

One of Cardiff’s best hotels

Liked: Nice, modern hotel tucked away in an arcade off Queen Street. Nicely decorated with some quirky Welsh items all around.Rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotless.Breakfast was outstanding - one of the best we’ve had in a hotel.All the staff are friendly and helpful.Good value stay especially for a bank holiday when we came.
Disliked: Nothing - would gladly stay here again

Highly recommended quirky but professional

Liked: The breakfast was excellent lots of choice staff constantly replenishing a d staff very polite and helpful
Disliked: The stay was perfect I paid for a birthday package with messages in mirrors and a cake platter that was delicious and Prosecco all wonderful
