Liked: Location was excellent, with direct trains/trams to the main sights. The filtered water dispenser on our floor was a nice touch too.
Disliked: Minor inconvenience - housekeeping got to our rooms a little late on some days. The hotel might wish to consider "please service my room" cards.

The atmosphere and decoration is...

Liked: The reception staff are helpful. Especially Herbert, always available and very kind.
Disliked: We had two leak episodes, but they were promptly resolved.

Liked: Amazing location, modern design, very comfortable facilities, always a good smell everywhere, water fountain at every floor.
Disliked: The bathroom was REALLY small and also the room. Very difficult to move, it was minimal. We could barely have our suitcases opened.
