Great for Work Trips

Liked: I’ve stayed here twice now for work and it’s a great little hotel for short stays and single person stays. The rooms are compact but comfortable and the breakfast is a solid start to the day. Cody at the front desk was amazing - super helpful and friendly which made a big difference. One small letdown was finding out that the restaurant credit didn’t apply to room service, even though it’s from the same place and a staff member confirmed it did. But overall it’s a cute, convenient spot with decent food and great service.

Great stay

Liked: A great location, walkable to lots of places and not far from the station where the airtrain gets in. Breakfast had a good selection of hot/cold items and fresh egg station. Staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel, well located, lovely...

Liked: Lovely staff. Spotlessly clean, well kept, perfectly located. Breakfast offering excellent. Local fair priced care parking. We’ve stayed before and will consider staying again - only disappointment this time was as below.
Disliked: If staying in a room with more than 2 people where breakfast included in the rate, check how many people it covers. Room was booked for 4 people from the outset (2 queen beds - us and two of our kids). We arrived at breakfast to be told the rate only included breakfast for 2, not 4 was booked which led to more expense.

Liked: Terrible experience. I checked in very late at nearly 11pm and asked for a late checkout with reception. And hotel advised me they are ok with late checkout. However, next day morning 10am, I got waken up by a very loud ring and advised me I need to check out and their system has no such late check out note, so i explained last night late check out arrangement, and hotel didn't believe it and ask me to check out. This is absolutely ridiculous and nil repect at all! And I have been questioned as a liar???!!! Although issue resolved after i request to escalate my complaint, but honestly, it just ruins my whole day of good mood to explore the city. Absolutely terrible and lack of service in this hotel. Will NOT recommend to anyone.
Disliked: My recent stay at the hotel was very disappointing. I checked in late at 11:30 PM, and the front desk kindly agreed to a late check-out until 1 PM the next day. The next morning, I was suddenly woken up at 10:10 AM by a loud phone call from the front desk asking me to check out. I explained about the late check-out, but they questioned me about the staff who promised it, which felt very disrespectful. After I made a formal complaint, another staff member called to ask for my email to sign me up for an IHG membership—an unnecessary and superficial fix to make it seem like the problem was solved. Overall, this experience left a very bad impression and a unpleasant memory.
