It was a fine place...

Liked: Location, air conditioning was good, there was an elevator
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre

Disappointing

Liked: Almost centrally located (17’ walking from old town). The roof bar had great view.
Disliked: The room was old with durty and scratched walls. The breakfast was poor and the staff couldn’t care less to serve you. Most of food had finished 20 minutes before the end of breakfast and the choices were extremely few. The first day, they switched off the coffee machine while I was trying to make a coffee because breakfast time was until 10:00 (it was 10:01). The second day, we decided to sit at the balcony and have breakfast… and the staff started watering the plants next to us (spilling water all over the place..)

Nice hotel very close to...

Liked: Comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff, good location
Disliked: We paid for a premium king room, which cost a lot. The room seemed very ordinary and not good value. The toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. The breakfast could have had more variety. Eggs not very cooked, food such as fruit ran out several times and I had to ask for more. I noticed our last of 4 mornings that some people were ordering off a menu; I didn't realize we could do that and that might have helped.

Disliked: The hotel itself and the stay were very comfortable. However, there was an issue with the deposit after check-out. At the reception, I was told that the deposit on my card would be automatically released. I checked out on June 4th, and today is June 19th, but the funds have still not been returned to my account. Since then, I have contacted the hotel twice (the second time I didn’t even receive a reply), but the situation has not changed.

Cozy stay in perfect location...

Liked: Perfect location, great breakfast with a view to the river, interesting room with all facilities needed; cozy interior
Disliked: A bit confusion on check out but I guess it is due to the number of interns:)

By tram

Liked: Comfortable room. Location by the B tram that can take you to main areas. The neighborhood behind the hotel was quaint. Nice church. Chez Dupont had good food
Disliked: Price of hotel was expensive and services were not great. Especially dinner room service. Parking was easy but expensive
