Great Location, Comfy beds, but...

Liked: They gave us a welcome drink as it was my wifes birthday, which i thought was a really nice touch. The staff are really helpful at the Indigo, all are well trained, most are bi-lingual in English or French or if not found someone who did and offered advice and ideas of places to go and see. The hotel is clean, with a a good decor, with an open working space downstairs and great views from the rooftop bar. Breakfast was well catered with literally anything that you required, personally thought the smoked salmon was great and they even had goji berries to add to your cereal. The head person at breakfast deserves a medal as she always seemed to have everything under control and even gave us a few restaurants to go to as the rooftop bar was booked out on one of the nights we stayed there. Its in a good location, with lots of little bars, shops and restaurants behind it, with lots of choice to eat in ( we tried 3 of them) and within an easy 3 minute walk to the nearest tram stop to take to down to the Cite du Vin or up into the centre of town.
Disliked: Not sure why the toilet and bathroom couldn't have been built together, being a 6 ft 2 inch ex-rugby player, trying to fit into the small toilet room within the room was a bit of a yogic challenge.. We asked twice for them to fix the casting for the television, but this was not fixed during our stayWe also asked twice to have the shower dispenser topped up which was finally done on the 3rd day. Our room was on the 6th floor below the bar / restaurant area, on the Saturday they had someone with bongo drums and a DJ which we could hear in our room until the music stopped around 12ish, they could do with some more sound proofing or don't put people on the 6th floor under a bongo drum band!!! Even a heads up that this was happening would have been helpful!

Liked: The hotel is very nice, it has a wonderful view from the 7th floor, rooms are big
