Liked: Comfy beds, quiet rooms, really helpful reception team
Disliked: We were a bit out of the way, although public transport is close (very smelly Bridge to get there!)Lobby area is not very nice and nowhere to sit and have a drink except the breakfast area. Breakfast area is poorly laid out. Too many big tables and not enough space between them. Staff not very helpful unless you seek them out. One woman is very grumpy and after bringing me the wrong order she simply said okay and walked off! I feel they need some training....

Disliked: Some minor repairs are needed (the door mechanism on the 2nd floor was creaky).

Liked: I like the room also offered a good body lotion and conditioner. Even two bottles of water in fridge were free to drink. :) Good location and very quiet area.
Disliked: I had bad sleep cause the lamp from the room has placed in strange position.. maybe it just my opinion..
