I am happy we chose...

Liked: Lovely quiet room, very well maintained, clean and spacious, excellent bathroom. Staff very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast with very large variety and taste. The location is great (just a short bus drive to the main part of Berlin).
Disliked: All was amazing!

Great location with wonderful staff!

Liked: The staff are so so nice, helpful, and accommodating! The location is amazing - there's a mall right next door and tons of restaurants downstairs. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was really great as well! Very clean, cosy rooms too and the showers are perfect
Disliked: Ordering room service is not very clear and it's not available till late night/overnight unfortunately. I think you have to go to the reception or restaurant itself to order? We tried once but the on-site restaurant was already closed around 9pm
