Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location was fantastic and easy to access to and from other locations. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have had the pleasure of sleeping in. Although the hotel is excellent...the bar prices are a bit out of whack....we stepped acroos the street to the Hilton for our drinks.

Liked: Beds and Linens were above reproach.
Disliked: Bar prices too high.

It was a good stay...

Liked: They were very friendly and helpful when needed. There was usually always someone at the front desk. When I checked out there was nobody present so they went ahead and took off a day of valet because I had to wait. Also since nobody was able to valet park our car because it was manual, they had us park in front of the hotel so they could keep an eye on it the whole time.
Disliked: I felt that the room could’ve been cleaner, but she is cleaning 7 floors worth of rooms so that’s I didn’t complain.

Honestly all we want is...

Liked: All we want to know is what the bed sheets, mattress, and pillow brands are? Honestly the best sleep we have gotten.
Disliked: No waters in the room.

I didn’t end up staying...

Liked: Nothing but the location.
Disliked: My room was extremely dirty when I got into it. They offered new room that was ALSO dirty. There were no accommodations and I ended up going to a completely different hotel.
