Completely okay stay

Liked: Nice staff, very clean rooms, great location
Disliked: Price for what it is (bog-standard nameless hotel) and weird decor

Wonderful couple of days sightseeing

Liked: Location, attention to detail, outside space
Disliked: Air conditioning was a bit loud and as it was 30 degrees in Bath we had to leave it on

Superb Hotel in great location

Liked: The Hotel is in a fabulous location and the staff are extremely accommodating the reception staff all very friendly and helpful .The room was extremely nice and very clean we would stay again

Absolutely fabulous!

Liked: Beautiful hotel, the staff were all very welcoming & friendly. We appreciated the courtesy call from Tracey the day before to welcome us & ask if we had any special requests. As this was the start of our honeymoon we were very touched to receive an upgrade to our room/prosecco & chocolates & a lovely ‘congratulations’ in chocolate on a plate with marshmallows after dining in their excellent restaurant. All in all a fabulous & memorable stay! Thank you Hotel Indigo
