Liked: Location superb, attention to detail, bed so comfortable, excellent breakfast .
Disliked: nothing

Exceptional

Wood not chose this hotel...

Liked: Location and friendly receptionists, but the beds for 4 people was not great
Disliked: We found the gowns not clean and was not hanged, also found nails on the floor

Superb

Liked: Really helpful staff, nice decors and excellent location.
Disliked: Only two very minor things - The bed was a little too hard and the room a bit on the small side.

Liked: Lovely furnishings, fantastic location
Disliked: Breakfast a bit overpriced and disappointing. Should be. 2 price points for those who don’t want cooked food and those who do. Coffee very poor. Took breakfast in town one morning and it was much better

Enjoyed the hotel but not...

Liked: Breakfast was adequate but too expensive incl in the room rate.
Disliked: Room booked at over £330 was totally unsuitable for my mobility disability. Alternative room eventually offered in the main building ground floor was much better.

Liked: Great location, interesting and fun decor, good valet parking, nice breakfast, comfortable and quiet rooms
Disliked: The bed was not 'extra large' as stated, and some mould on the shower sealant.
