Liked: The garden suite, which I believe was almost brand new, was spacious with a fabulous bathroom. And everything in it was so thoughtfully presented. It just felt like such a treat for our birthday. Excellent breakfast. And when the staff were good, they were exceptional. Also, brilliantly located for central Bathand the cricket ground (which my husband loved)
Disliked: The only comment (and it is a niggle) was that some of the staff felt a bit "too cool for school" -- but they were in the minority. It in no way would put us off coming back!!

Lovely relaxing weekend break in...

Liked: Reception staff and concierge very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Our room was spacious and comfortable, lovely shower and bath tub. We couldn't fault the breakfast, excellent quality and plenty of choice.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Reception sorted quickly!

Liked: Great room and perfect location for the center of bath (getting into restaurants / tourist attractions). Also fantastic staff - we were celebrating our anniversary and they kindly had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us in our room. Great stay there, will definitely visit again when coming to Bath.

Disliked: Breakfast was poor. Very expensive as the hotel had jacked up the prices for a pop concert.
