Location great, lovely staff but...

Liked: Staff were really friendly and aimed to please, reception staff really welcoming and helpful, Jay from reception particularly helpful, location excellent. Themed decor throughout hotel was lovely touch.
Disliked: Service levels do not match price and star rating of property. Breakfast quality was ok. Not worth price. Housekeeping in rooms was not consistent, housekeeping and restaurant staff (though very friendly) require more training to be able to provide 4* service expected from an IHG hotel. I would not stay here again. Far too expensive for what I got in return.
