Cross streets relative to hotel would have helped me find sooner. Decent bar and food.

Disliked: Size of room small for price.

The rooms are spacious and clean with nice decor. The restaurant is excellent. The hotel is clean. Good food.

Disliked: None.

I wouldn't stay there ever again.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The parking sucked - my car was vandalized! The bed in the hotel was horrible; the complimentary breakfast was the best part of the stay.

Liked: overall its a nice place to stay, parking garage across the street from hotel is a cheaper option vs valet, when we were checking out there was noone at the front desk or restaurant which was kind of odd.
Disliked: staff was not very personal, stood at the front desk for a bit while two workers were discussing things between themselves.

Disliked: Coffee machine seem to be broken, so no coffee. Needs more lighting in the bedroom. No one available at the front door Which had steps up to assist senior citizen with two heavy bags.

Disliked: I book the room with breakfast, but when I went to breakfast they requested me to pay. After I show them my booking reference, the person in front desk just said they made mistake. Yet, even he admit he made mistake he did not proactively provide meal tickets. After I order the breakfast, the waiter in the restaurant hand me the bill and show it was not free. I told the waiter again, he said i need to get the ticket from front desk. So, I have to back to the front desk again. I have been kept wait for the breakfast for an hour to get my meal for take out service and they automatically charge me $8 for the tips without asking me.I would never stay at the same hotel anymore.

Nice, easy, friendly staff, comfortable

Liked: It was close to the music venue I was working in. I also like the garage right across the street. It is closed up at night for security and is easy to get in and out of.
Disliked: My room didn’t smell great. It looked nice and clean, but had a musty sort of odor. I arrived late and was exhausted, so, I just stayed put, but, the smell was not super welcoming. The air was off, once I turned it on, it helped. I have a feeling it smelled because the air had been off, perhaps even for a while if they haven’t used the room.
