Cross streets relative to hotel would have helped me find sooner. Decent bar and food.

Disliked: Size of room small for price.

The rooms are spacious and clean with nice decor. The restaurant is excellent. The hotel is clean. Good food.

Disliked: None.

I wouldn't stay there ever again.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The parking sucked - my car was vandalized! The bed in the hotel was horrible; the complimentary breakfast was the best part of the stay.

Disliked: Itchy from bedsheets. Left at 2 am we were so uncomfortable.

Pretty renovation, good breakfast but...

Disliked: Expensive to park and little on street options. Across from large homeless population that felt less safe with my child walking to dinner at night. Also asked to use new credit card for room payment rather than the one used to hold the reservation. Just checked my bank account and they didn’t make the change.

Best hotel bathroom ever!

Liked: The room was nicer than expected, with more individualized decor which we really appreciated, and the bathroom was PHENOMENAL! The tub was perfection, the shower with two heads... Be still my beating heart. 😍

The room are fair but...

Liked: The person at the reception is not friendly. Not helpful. The solve the problem. They ask to come back at the time where they finish their shift. You find another person who doesn't know the issue. This frustrating for clients.
Disliked: Staff rude not smiling. they don't like what they are doing. The person serving the breakfast is not rude not friendly. The breakfast was included with the room, but I chose to dismiss it and pay for my own breakfast outside. Any away the breakfast is poor. I took one breakfast among 5 where I still felt hangry.The parking is overcharging.

Comfortable stay

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They were all very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.
Disliked: I didn't like the noise right outside our window, I booked for 3 people, but there weren't enough washcloths, and room lighting was dim.
