Liked: Property not in best part of town. Hotel itself was fine location was a bit scary. Homeless zombies everywhere.

They were warm, efficient, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. They took the time to answer questions, offer great local tips, and somehow made the lobby feel like home. You don’t always remember who checked you in—but with Andrew and Jonathan, you absolutely do. They’re that good.Marcella behind the bar was the soul of the evening. Her energy, attentiveness, and creative cocktails turned a quick drink into a whole experience. She remembered our names, made personalized drink suggestions, and was just a joy to talk with. You could tell she loves what she does—and it shows in every interaction.
