Liked: Friendly staff. Pool and jacuzzi were nice to use during COVID. Nicely decorated lobby and room. Overall, room was nice, bathroom was clean and beds were comfy
Disliked: I wanted the menu for breakfast to have pancakes at least. I looked online, but it?s different for every hotel I suppose. There wasn?t a cool variety of breakfast options, and my cell phone service was not great in my room. Room was dusty under the furniture.

Did not meet expectations.

Disliked: Pool was cold and jacuzzi didn't work. I had to call front desk multiple times to get anyone to answer the phone. No refrigerator or microwave in room. No one was very apologetic about the jacuzzi not working even though the GM emailed a couple days before we arrived to assure me it was open. We only stayed here for pool and jacuzzi. We won't be staying here again.
