Disliked: The pillow cases were dirty and i placed them on the floor but when house keeping came in they took it off the floor and placed it back on the bed without changing the sheets

Liked: Loved my king room with a view, was outstanding for working and looking out the window. The room was really awesome. I liked the art as well.
Disliked: Fitness center was a little light on options, but the machines were fantastic, especially the treadmills with great technology. Appreciates the towels and water as well.

Liked: The staff was helpful to us, however they were helpful for issues that should not have been there to begin with.
Disliked: The rooms are being sprayed with chemical fragrances so they have a very strong perfumed smell upon entry. This smell is very difficult for anyone with chemical sensitivities, and anyone who just generally does not want to be overwhelmed by intense smells that can be very aggravating to sinuses, headaches. They were able to call the housecleaning to find a room they were cleaning that had not been sprayed yet with this fragrance as I have a neurological condition and would not have been able to stay in the room. Typically we rent hotels, especially higher end ones because hotels are safe and cater to all types of people and don't spray these types of air fresheners that have a plethora of known health studies citing their toxins to humans and animals. The first room we were in was looking out into a parking garage on one side of the hotel. We were moved to the other side of the hotel and that side is also looking out into a parking garage with lights on in it all night long. There was also a very loud AC / generator noise that was coming from outside filling the room with a high pitched buzzing. Sure the staff was very nice and I am grateful for that I just would not stay at this hotel again.

Overall pleasant.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. We had an issue with our TV not connecting to the directTV box, so I called down stairs and they sent maintenance up to fix it. House keeping kept the room clean and stocked with towels.
Disliked: The parking is a little inconvenient, if you choose to park yourself. Valet is $50 a night, self parking is $25. You park in a parking garage behind the hotel. The directions we were given was "turn right, right again, and the garage is on the left, then go thru the double doors when you get out." They don't tell you what floor to park on, so we saw cars parked as soon as we pulled in and that's where we initially parked and had to walk out of the garage and around to the right to a set of double doors.... but if they would have told us to go up to level A and then go thru those double doors it would have been much more informative. Once going thru the double doors on level A, you go right ( there's no sign that tells you this), then go across the walk way into the other building. Once in there you have to go down 2 sets of stairs which is inconvenient with rolling luggage. Then you have to walk thru what is a mall to get to the front lobby of the hotel. Then to get to your room you get on the elevator and there is only an option for 1 or 2. No one told us there would be other elevators you had to get on. Luckily a lady getting on told us that once you get off on the 2nd floor you have to go around the wall to the backside and there are other elevators that take you to the floors. So it's a bit of a maze to get back and forth from your room to your car. I guess if you want to spend the $50 on valet that will cut out some of the hassle.
