Ok lacking homely feel in...

Liked: Good
Disliked: No outside seating area ..Hotel was lovely but no outside seating areas .. Limted reception space which came across as uncomfortable.. The staff mostly were ok but the night reception staff were lacking knowledge about the area / district.. I ask the same member of staff 2 basics enquiries over 2 nights he didn’t have a clue

I will be booking again

Liked: Location is near all downtown attractions , cleanliness, spacious, and up to state facility!
Disliked: The desk clerk given me the wrong room type and when I returned to inform your of the issue she insisted booking.com was out dated and none of the rooms were as pictured, another desk clerk came over and corrected her. I booked a leisure king and was given a standard queen.
