Short stay in Atlanta and...

Liked: Location and hotel itself
Disliked: Front staff when we arrived. Did not mention breakfast included. I had to come back down and she didn’t seem at all interested in assisting. Also booking.com had breakfast included and the front staff woman said you only get vouchers and if you go over then you pay the rest of the breakfast. That is not breakfast included. She stated “that’s the policy “. And didn’t even use the second voucher because they didn’t even have coffee until 7 am. So didn’t have any breakfast the second day but they wanted payment for $24.00 from first day stating I went over my voucher. Again that is not “breakfast included “.

Liked: The staff was outstanding, helping to facilitate an early check-in and late check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Won’t stay again.

Liked: It was a place to sleep
Disliked: There was nowhere to park. The valet spots were already taken up and I am assuming it was the valets were just sitting in the car. We had to park and walk quite a way with our bags and granddaughter. The pictures weren’t accurate. Bed was fine.

Liked: Very welcoming property, nicely designed and provided exceptional customer service and valet parking. The restaurant inside the hotel provided great food and drinks too.
