Disliked: no desk & chair in the room & in the 2 additional rooms they wanted to switch me to. No surface to work from. The rooms that are not completely furnished SHOULD BE AT A DRASTICALLY REDUCED RATE & GUEST SHOULD BE INFORMED UPON CHECK-IN. $150 INCIDENTAL FEE IS OUTRAGEOUS

Do not trust the shuttle...

Liked: Close to train
Disliked: Do not trust the shuttle It is not timely scheduledWhen I depart from the airport, I wait 40 mins for it to arrive When I depart from the hotel, I wait for 40 mins and still didn’t arrive and I am so hopeless, I basically take the train instead It is understaffed. room has bad lighting and weird noise coming from the washroom every 15 mins, not even to mention the noise from the airport at midnight
