Liked: Nice staff; very helpful; cool vibe; close to downtown.

Indigo was a great hotel for the most part. Great location, beautifully decorated, exceptionally nice employees - the only complaints we had were the bed was actually too soft for us and the shower pressure was pitiful. But we found out while we were there that it is pet friendly. We would book it again.

Liked: Super staff.

Liked: The room was very clean
Disliked: When we booked we picked a hotel that had restaurant and bar. The Indigo did not have a restaurant or bar. When inquired about these amenities the young lady told us it wasn’t open and said to my husband and I ‘ just saying’ very rude.

The hotel was just ok....

Liked: The view was beautiful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was huge.
Disliked: When I booked the hotel I wasn’t notified that the hotel was under construction. It was loud. The hotel room was ok. Looked nothing like the one I booked on line. There was no closet in the room to hang coats or clothing. That was a first. When we first entered the room the maid had left all the dirty linens on the floor and the chair. Not appealing at all. The furniture was arranged very strangely in the room. We had to rearrange the furniture so it made a little more sense, ie. the chair was right up against the bed and the end table was next to the tv. So we switched the two so my husband would have a nightstand next to his side of the bed instead of a big chair and ottoman pushed up against it. There was no full length mirror.

If I would have known...

Liked: The hospitality was outstanding during the entire stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly during each encounter.
Disliked: Renovations were a big distraction and the breakfast option was a joke. The price was crazy for toast and coffee. The hotel didn't have complimentary coffee for patrons. Never experienced that before. I will NEVER use Booking.com to make reservations at any hotel ever again.

Great stay but changes could...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. There shower was nice and spacious and the water pressure was good. The room room also had plenty of space to move around.
Disliked: The room did not have a full length mirror which would have been very helpful when getting ready. There was also no closet to hang items in. The room did have a steamer but no ironing board which would have been convenient as there was nothing to hang the clothes up on to steam. Also the bathroom lighting was very poor. There was no light in front of the mirror but a dim one off to the side. We were informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations and maybe this will something that will be fixed. The television in the bedroom was also outdated.

Pleasant

Disliked: The construction being done to the hotel started at 7am.
