Pleasant stay at the heart...

Liked: The location is fantastic. Short walking distance to many eateries and Antwerp Central Station. They have arranged our 4 rooms on the same level next to each other. The decorations of the room is cosy and comfortable.
Disliked: The aircon did not work well for all four rooms on the first day but things were fixed on the next day. You cannot open the window to beat the room stuffiness as the street noise is horrible even at late nights where you can hear people screaming, fighting, yelling, etc. The pillow was a bit soft. The room was also small but manageable.

Good priced hotel with new...

Liked: Very lovely and helpful staff. Great breakfast with wide choice and very well presented. Beds comfortable and bathroom facilities excellent. Quiet room on 5th floor at the back.
Disliked: The area itself is a bit gritty urban and noisy - despite the beauty of Centraal station. Decent bars and restaurants are 15 mins walk away.

Liked: Excellent service from young lady on reception.Location is excellent for visiting city.
Disliked: Room seemed a bit dated although it was fine for my requirements.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was good. Hotel worth to recommend, great location, close to train and metro stations, interesting design and very helpfull staff.

Disliked: No heating in room, moved to room with sewage problem. Cold all night and woke up to sewage in toilet
