Liked: Inside of the hotel was nice- the area the hotel is located in did not feel the safest to be in. We were screamed at (no word- just screams) near the front of the hotel and could hear the music from the neighboring business until very late.

Liked: Everything was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect, super close to the train station and the Queen Elisabeth Hall. We had to change hotels at the last minute and the staff here was exceptionally accommodating and understanding of our situation. They were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Liked: Wonderful location. Well maintained interior. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: I loved the 5 Euro daily credit if you don't want housekeeping, but I wish it could be used for food, and not just alcohol.

Good location to the train...

Liked: Excellent location, nice staff. Room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom drains made the entire room smell like a sewer. You can hear all the noise from the streets loud and clear.
