Great location to Arch

Liked: Walking distance to The Gateway Arch and Busch Stadium
Disliked: Some things seemed a little dusty and needing minor repairs in the room

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Staff was hard to find, seemed like no one knew what was going on. Room smelled musty/ moldy.

Disappointed.

Liked: Architecture and people.
Disliked: Didn’t like the “breakfast not available” Sign posted Monday am 😳. Husband is diabetic and needed a meal. - Was expecting some hot food options. - i think a partial refund is in order. 😕Ray and Rebecca Ortega

Not the best

Disliked: We were charged 75.00 per room for essentials which would be refunded I haven’t seen it yet, the rooms were ok no refrigerator. We were charged 1.00 per drink for ice for our drinks, I would not stay there again.

Superb

Liked: Close to many attractions and restaurants. We didn't have to drive anywhere.
Disliked: A/C did not work however they offered to put us in another room. It was comfortable and the weather changed so it was fine.

Disliked: No towels in the room, bathroom counter not cleaned well.
