Great and amazing hotel experience...

Liked: The hotel is very modern, very well designed with special attention to the details, specially from the staff team who went to extra mile to make me feel like at home away from home with some nice and thoughtful details left in my room. Starting by the wonderful and fantastic service, professionalism and kindness from the receptions, specially Emanuela (if i do not recall wrong the name) who made sure she went to the extra mile to make sure I had a welcome birthday card on my room before checking it.Also she offered my a welcome bday drink at the bar, prepared nicely by the bartender, who also offered me some snacks and also took care of me during the diner.Food in the restaurant was great and the breakfast next day was outstanding due to the great range of items and the quality of the food.The hotel common areas, corridors and rooms smell really good, it really want make you have a 5 sense experience, going through all the senses. Dont have enough words to appreciate all the great work and 5 stars hospitality and service I had with you guys, keep it up. Minibar options were great!! And moreover, the coffee machine inside the room is one of the best, I had the same one in a 5* resort villa in Greece last year, so that says a lot!
Disliked: Nothing negative to mention really. The hotel has a bus stop literally next to it where you can pay with card or cash the ticket to take you to the old time, takes 20 minutes. However the hotel also has a parking if you are driving, which is very convenient if you want a good value for money stay and experience and you do not want to pay parking in Bologna old town as the traffic is bad sometimes with many ongoing renovations on the streets, so this hotel is a perfect option for stress free.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable and clean...

Liked: The rooms are comfortable and clean, the infrastructure is very good and most importantly, the staff was excellent! Breakfast is delicious and covers all tastes. Very good location if you travel by car. You can get the bus to the city center just outside the hotel.

Enjoyed Bleis hotel

Liked: Hotel is really clean, modern and staff is friendly, helpful. Room was cleaned on daily basis, which is rare for Europe.
Disliked: Location is a let down in my opinion as you have to opt for buses if you don't have a car and although buses are frequent, centre is not around the corner.

Liked: The place is beautiful and very quiet and the smell is beautiful, the breakfast was delicious but not varied. The staff are very, very, very, very, very helpful. If I go to Bologna again, I will choose it 😍The centre is far away, but in front of the hotel there is a station directly, bus number 25 is the one that takes you to the centre directly.
