Great hotel view with friendly...

Liked: The hotel is located in a busy street and it is safe to walk around during the day and night time. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
Disliked: My suite furniture was old and felt dirty. The bathroom jacuzzi had stains, part of a wall in the bathroom was falling apart. The hotel is old but needs maintenance. If you are looking for a quiet room, this is not the place. You can hear street noises at any time of the day.

Did not meet my expectations

Liked: The hotel looks great from the outside and it is very well located
Disliked: The rooms are very disappointing. Black mold in the bathroom ceiling and very old furniture. Hard beds and even harder pillows. Looks like dust has been accumulating in the carpets for ages. It may have been a really nice hotel 100 years ago but it really needs some love to bring it back.

Disappointed

Liked: The area
Disliked: No Air conditioning, broken chairs, no lightballs on lamps, cannot use the phone to call the family members on another room ,they lied about the break fast because we paid ahead along with the staying but on the breakfast day they gave us scrambled eggs, beans and a French roll daily or pay extra. To change the menu, if you want, butter is extra. The beds are hard and uncomfortable

Old and VERY unclean.

Liked: Location, and receptionists (only them) were really kind, excluding also a very nice lady in the restaurant.
Disliked: It was not clean, my feet were gray because the carpet was never cleaned, most of the furniture was in a very bad shape, most of the staff excluding the receptionists and a lady from the restaurant were quite rude. I catch an allergy because the air conditioning was also in a very bad shape. Pics and reality did not match. The bead was very stiff.
