Quiet, friendly, clean.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Family room was large and comfortable. Quiet room and very quiet location on a side road close to restaurants and metro stations. Room was cleanNo noise from neighboring rooms or from other apartments around the courtyard.Staff were friendly and helpful as we did not speak much french, their english was very good.
Disliked: View from room was over the enclosed courtyard and not the best. Although we only used the room after a day out and remembering the location in a built up area it did not really bother us.

I would return again

Liked: Could do with arranging gluten free cereals
Disliked: Didnt like that we couldntb get a snack meal in late evening in this hotel. Ie toasted sandwich or such.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Breakfast does not worth the money (no warm food at all). We got loced out of our rooms on the 2nd day because did not pay the whole stay until then (as agreed earlier with one of the receptionists - unfortunately the next one had no clue about this and did not speak English). One of the 2 equal level rooms was much smaller than the other. The window could not be closed in our room.
