Disliked: I was not satisfied with the behavior of the manager, and overall, I did not find the hotel comfortable.I also noticed that there were no visible surveillance cameras in the hallways, which made me feel unsafe.Additionally, the hotel did not provide slippers, which is something I expected from a hotel of this level.

Liked: Short walk to underground train stations, restaurants and grocery store but in a quiet area. Comfortable beddings. Clean rooms. Responsive staff.
Disliked: Most of the staff members are helpful and friendly excpet for the one who checked us in. Her hair is covering her name plate so we didn't get her name. She is one of the younger staff. No smile and hardly any eye contact - both of which are important if you are in customer service.
