Maybe understaffed, maybe bad day...

Liked: Hotel reacted to my request to change configuration of beds, even though they had all the right to just provide me the room I booked
Disliked: Staff and Internet/TV. Biggest problem for me was Netflix app not working at all on room TV. This may seem minor to some, but it was one of the filters for me to search for hotel and one of reasons to book it, so I feel cheated from what I was promised.What's more - staff repeatedly told me that "technician would take a look tomorrow" with no action next day - neither technician nor follow up from the staff. It's understandable if it happened on one day - not several days in a row.This, together with delayed check-in and discussions with staff left me with a feeling they were not really interested in my stay in this hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was ok, location also, close by walking, metro is close to the hotel. No noise in the hotel, so we could sleep and relax.
Disliked: The service at the bar could be better.

Liked: Our plane landed early, and we went to the hotel to leave the luggage, but the room was ready and we could have it immediately. Nice quiet room with morning and early afternoon sun on the balcony. The room had all the space and comfort needed.Breakfast was very good, but expensive.Personel was very helpful
