Disliked: The room was very dirty, due to renovations, when we arrived after a very tiring trip, we were told we could wait for the room to be cleaned, or we can get another room, which they were not too keen on. The floor of the room they first gave us was full of saw dust from the ongoing woodwork in the hotel. The water in the bathroom was not warm after 7pm at night. The bathroom door does not close properly and therefore cannot be locked.Staff at the hotel were extremely rude after we complained about the room. They actually made us feel unwelcome They blamed the dirty room on staff shortages because of the long weekend. I booked the room in December 2024. This is not an excuse, rather unprofessional Most of the staff at the restaurant were also rude when we complained that they served us a wrong drink, not what we ordered. I found the customer service really bad

Good location, friendly reception staff....

Liked: Great location, friendly reception staff, check-in and check-out were quick.
Disliked: minor details like the empty soap dispenser, next to the railway, so the area is noisy, especially when the window is open. Overall, it is a great value for the money.

Liked: The location is very close to the old town. We got a free room upgrade, and the room was spacious with free snack bar. There is also luggage storage availability after check out.
