Liked: Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Great views from the room. We mentioned it was our anniversary and were greeted in the room with chocolates and champagne. It was a very nice touch. Staff at reception also very helpful.
Disliked: Nothing. I thought it was great.

Disliked: This hotel showed a complete disregard for guest welfare and basic customer service. I was kept awake until 4 a.m. due to extremely loud noise from a club next door. When I tried to call reception during the night, they hung up on me. I also emailed and messaged via WhatsApp at the time, but received no response.The next morning, the reception staff admitted they had received other complaints — yet they had done nothing to address the situation.Since then, I have contacted the hotel multiple times, and Booking.com has also tried to reach them on my behalf. The hotel has refused to respond.The only “reply” I received through Booking.com was completely blank, which further shows their total lack of professionalism.I also believe I was treated differently because of my nationality, which made the experience even more upsetting and unacceptable.I would never stay here again and strongly warn others to think twice before booking this hotel.
