Pleasant

Liked: The quadruple room with mezzanine is their best room type, gives plenty of space for a family of three to spread out for sleep and daytime breaks. The staff is very helpful in getting cabs right at the door in this busy area
Disliked: Extra twin bed was flimsy and one side would tip over. Double rooms are very small really meant for 2 people max with no extra bed.Our bathroom door had loose glass which was noisy. The soap/shampoo etc was watered down rather than refilled.

Excellent 3 star hotel, worth...

Liked: Great breakfast with a large selection of options. The hotel is in the middle of everything with many bars, cafes and restaurants around. Good AC, great shower, comfy bed and the balcony is worth the extra. Lovely staff, always smiling and always helpful.
Disliked: The cushions on the balcony furniture could be better.

Superb

Liked: Location was so handy. It is a noisy area but the room is very well sound proofed from outside. The hairdryer was good and there was even straighteners which I loved. Breakfast selection was good. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Only criticism is that there was a bit of noise from the breakfast area in the morning as our room was so close to it on the first floor.

An Authentic Hotel in the...

Liked: Considering how much chaos was outside, it was super quiet and clean. Staff was so kind and helpful, very professional and made us feel at home. We only stayed one night. It doesn't seem easy walking distance to a lot of sights and you can probably get confused in the streets. But the whole area was just teaming with energy and felt very authentic.
Disliked: Bathroom seemed very dated but it was clean. Breakfast was so so.

Il Convento was just about...

Liked: It was in a pretty handy position. Easy to get to the metro and an easy walk to the port.
Disliked: Neighbour was quite “rowdy” and a bit dirty in places.

Location was perfect… Walk to...

Liked: Location was wonderful. The activity right outside the hotels front door, was wonderful once you got used to it. We were able to walk to any number of fantastic restaurants, walk to Toledo Street, walk to a palace, or catch the metro. There was also a self laundromat abouteight small blocks down the street, where a woman took your clothes, washed and folded them and have them ready for you when you returned …..overall it was a great place to spend your time in Naples.
Disliked: Same non creative breakfast every day

Great service and location that...

Liked: This location was amazing. Lots of food nearby plus only 15 minute walk to the port for excursions. The room was very comfortable and staff was extremely nice and helpful. They even texted us when they got a call from the airport about our missing bags to make sure we picked them up in time. Beds were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was good with different choices. Highly recommend.
Disliked: The only negative was the room we had, had a loft with two beds for the kids. The loft was amazing but the air conditioning did not cool it the same as the rest of the room. But it was still not hot and very livable.
