Liked: Was almost everything ok but nothing very bad to complain.
Disliked: Was a lot of noise coming from the AC in the room which is a bit loud to sleep but other then that the room was clean and staff very friendly.

Liked: The hotel is very well located, just a few meters from the Brescia train station, making it ideal for quickly reaching the trains that provide access to the Lombardy and Veneto regions.The hotel is elegant, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is rich enough to give you a perfect start to the day. It costs €7 and can be paid at the end of your stay, unless it's already included in your reservation.The room was very spacious, consisting of two connecting rooms, so four people can stay very comfortably. Especially since each room has its own bathroom, safe, TV, and fridge, with water in the minibar (€2 per bottle).It was clean, quiet, and we felt safe. Housekeeping is done daily.A very successful stay. Thank you!
Disliked: Maybe a softer pillow would be a nice add.

Liked: breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: The receptionist during night time keep asking us why we’re going out! this is out of his business first of all and he’s been keep asking me for 20€ for a parking ticket when we checked in in the morning they just asked my document as a deposit! i asked another parking ticket for another car using a different passport as a deposit and he was being so rude! we’ve spent half n hour arguing with him for no reason and he was being rude as well! amazing service for the rest of the staff but we actually had issues with one receptionist!

Superb

Liked: Really good hotel - nice staff, clean facilities and modern look. We even got a room with a view to the mountains!
Disliked: The air conditioning was a bit loud at times, we needed to turn it off and on a few times.

OK for an overnight stop....

Liked: Convenient for the station and easy to get into centre. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
Disliked: Bathroom didn’t seem clean; rather old and tired. Local area not very nice.

Not up to our expectations

Liked: Good locationSpacious room with high ceilings AC unit was great
Disliked: Our experience was disappointing. We went for triple room and one bed was very low, almost on the floor with a thin mattress. For you to charge your phone by the bed side, you would need to turn on the lamp and the bathroom wasn’t the best as the shower door was almost falling off. Unfortunately as a 4 star hotel , we were expecting something better. Aside all , staff was nice and breakfast was okay. I don’t think we would like to come back to this hotel again unfortunately..
