Worth more than just three...

Liked: Extra friendly and hospitable staff, good location (metro, tram and bus station are near, just like a good supermarket - Carrefour), rooms have up to date furniture and furnishing and everything is clean, the bed and the pillows were so comfy (on the firmer side, which I like), the breakfast has lots of options and the coffee they make for you is very good. Also being able to have breakfast outside is a big plus, just like the ability to check in a bit earlier and that they held my baggage on my last day after the check out while I was waiting for my evening flight. Honestly this accomodation felt worth more than three stars - before this I was staying for one night in a 4 star object in Sesto San Giovanni, and this was better in many ways.
Disliked: The AC is different than what I’m used to, but I noticed they’re like that in most places in Milan, and it got the job done, at least it wasn’t noisy. Also, an actual closet would be a nice update to the room but I was here for two nights so I didn’t mind.

Liked: Great location, great connection to the Metro, very kind and helpful staff (my a/c didnt work well, and the staff came immediately to have a look and fixed it!), clean in general (see exception), good price.
Disliked: Room layout was pretty cramped, a/c didn't work properly at first, smell of anti-moskito spray and food in the room, there was a little mold in the bath

Excellent service!

Liked: The service was exceptional. They always had a smile and helped with every aspect. Their kind demeanor made our stay very pleasant. We even received a room with a balcony and extra bed, so we had extra room. The bathroom in the room was beautiful. The breakfast was good, too.
Disliked: Some areas could use some TLC and cosmetic updates, but the owners are currently upgrading.
