Liked: This hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially with its stunning pools. The food is delicious, with a great variety and top quality. The staff is incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. A place not to be missed!

Liked: I stayed at this hotel for a very short time, so I can only review the basics: the room, parking, and breakfast.➕ Parking – paid (9€ per day), but conveniently secure and closed.➕ Breakfast – very tasty and diverse, with plenty of options.➕ Staff – deserves special thanks! I arrived at 11:30 PM, very hungry, and they kindly offered me some bananas, nuts, and chips at the bar – such a thoughtful gesture.➕ Lobby – looked beautiful and welcoming.➕ Room – I booked the most basic one (just needed a place to sleep), but it was clean and included complimentary bottled water.Overall, a very pleasant experience! ❤️

Liked: Great buffet breakfast. Bus stop right outside to take you to Bolzano central. The Bolzano Card is an excellent way of seeing so much for free
Disliked: The rooftop pool is very small for the size of the hotel

Nice Hotel for families with...

Liked: Nice Spa area. Comfy beds and lovely bathroom. Good food and nice staff. I was there just for a meeting in Bolzano so I did explore much but location looks good too.
Disliked: Massive building in the middle of a small town … bit of a punch in the eye. The fact that everyone kept talking to me in German.
