The hotel was great. The only complaint I have is the outdated hair dryer. It smelled like something burning, and my hair got tangled in the back side of it. I had to rip out a substantial chunk of my hair to get free.

The weather was cold, the hotel was cozy and beautiful. Loved the quietness of the room. The complimentary shuttle was a huge perk. This was a great choice and will stay here again.

Disliked: Room is spacious but only a sofa chair. Will be great to have 2 chairs as the room takes a double bed.

Liked: The historic feel of the hotel and the homage to the original building is well done.The rooms were spacious and beautiful.
Disliked: Besides the Lobby, there are not any other spaces you can hangout in. There is a picture listed of a rooftop that is misleading because the rooftop is for private rental only. They also have a second floor space, but that's also for private rental only. The lobby is decent, but it feels like for the price you're paying, there should be something else. The valet staff were rude and tried to tell us that we had to utilize the 54 daily valet parking fee instead of finding parking on our own.
