Pleasant

Liked: Great location and the room had double windows for sound proofing. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Not the warmest of welcomes, the chap on reception barely said two words to us. He told us our room number but not what floor we were staying on. There was no "hello" or information about things to do in the area.

Very good

Liked: The receptionist was very kind he explain well.And it's very close to the train station. And close to city center too it's very convenient.
Disliked: Parking lot, because there's no space in front of the hotel.

Liked: Location. The receptionist who greeted me was so kind and amazing Shower was fab great water pressureQuietBlack out blinds Clean
Disliked: The noise in the morning with the cleaners No water in the roomRoom was very tired Breakfast was a bit lame Air con was on a timer

Liked: Comfy room, pre-cooled before arrival on hot day, useful check in slot
Disliked: Shower is small and it's doors didn't seal properly, Limited breakfast choice but good for value

Liked: Very convenient location, opposite Gare Toulouse Matabiau (2 to 3 minutes walk) Friendly and helpful staff at reception.
