Great place to stay, lovely...

Liked: Close proximity to most things we wanted to see

Liked: Great location, good options to eat nearby. It was helpful being able to store my bags for the day
Disliked: The ac in the room was set to a temperature that I couldn't change, and was a bit cold

Liked: Beds were great and staff super helpful. Good location and luggage hold available.
Disliked: Where to start!! Paid for buffet breakfast that was frankly disgusting and we didn’t eat it after first morning. Dishes weren’t clean, food not readily available even at 9am, had to ask for eggs and wait for 15 minutes to restock this. No juice left, one tiny coffee machine only and long wait to use. Waiter not interested in clearing and cleaning tables. Our room was 30 degrees and centrally controlled so had to ring reception when we needed this changed (who can sleep at 30!!). The tv on the wall has the brightest white standby light making it hard to sleep. Then the hallways were vacuumed at 7am each morning. Like seriously!! The place was also really grotty so not sure why the carpets needed such special attention??!

Liked: The location was great, walking distance to everything.
Disliked: The air conditioning was controlled by reception. Every time you wanted to change temperature you had to ring up. Woke up freezing, middle of winter, as setting was changed by reception multiple times without knowledge to cold. Bathroom was to small. Could hear street noise.

Liked: Room carpets and bed linen were clean.Location to transport close by.
Disliked: Reception was poorly lit and certainly did not look welcoming like other IBIS Hotels I have stayed at.The room I was placed in should NEVER have been let to guests, for example ...1) wardrobe door was MISSING- looked like it had been ripped off, therefore no privacy 2) NO full length mirror3) NO hand towel

Liked: Location and Staff were nice
Disliked: Rooms need a revamp and the bathroom was musty/mouldy smelling, but clean enough. Housekeeping started cleaning adjacent rooms or moving things around at 7am. Room was noisy but ok for one night
